GPU and AI colocation

Space that can run your GPUs, on a date that holds.

From a few racks to a wholesale suite. We place you where the space, the date and the terms are right.

Why us

What we know that listings don't.

Access

Space that never reaches a listing: a block back on the market after a deal fell through, a phase energizing early, operators with no public inventory.

Delivery

Which halls are energized today, and which operators have actually hit their ready-for-service dates.

Density

Which halls really run 30 to 40 kW a rack and above, and with what cooling, before anything reaches your short list.

Terms

What similar deals are signing for on rate, deposit and ramp, and which operator bends on which.

What we do

From the short list to your servers running.

01

The short list

Operators that fit your power, density, market and date.

02

Your case

The company, its funding, the customer behind the demand and the security on offer, put together the way each operator's credit team reviews it.

03

Offers and terms

Every offer side by side on one basis, and the terms that protect your date: credits for a late hall, a ramp you can fill, rights to the next block, a deposit that steps down. Your lawyer drafts; we make sure the points are on the table.

04

To handover

Before you sign, a check that the power is energized and the hall is ready for your density. After, when a delivery slips or a spec changes, we work it out with the operator, so your date holds until your servers are live.

05

Your next block

Expansion rights in the first contract, and the next block found before it's urgent, so it lands in the same building rather than a different city.

How it starts

A first read, before any paperwork.

1

You tell us the requirement

Power, density, market, date and term.

2

Within one business day

A first read: which operators fit, and a realistic date. Nothing about you is shared to get it.

3

When you want to go further

A short, non-exclusive authorization. Your name goes to an operator only with your written consent.

4

Alongside your team

We do the legwork; your team takes the short list to its decision-makers.

Questions

Questions we get.

Why not call operators ourselves?

Most companies could, and many have. They bring us in for the access, delivery, density and terms above, and the search runs without your name on it.

How long does it take?

For 500 kW and up, plan on about six months from the first call to live. Smaller deployments can move faster, and a complete case shortens the credit review.

Do you work on small deployments?

Yes, from a few racks.

What about liquid cooling?

We check what each hall actually supports at your density before it goes on your short list.

Our hardware is export-controlled. Does that matter?

It can. Operators may screen end users for controlled GPUs, so we raise it at the start rather than let it surface late.

Is our information kept confidential?

Yes. Your name never leaves us without your written consent, and we sign an NDA on request.
