Neocloud Group is the independent firm leadership teams bring in to find out what a powered site is really worth, and to make it something somebody can build on. It is one of the largest opportunities in the AI buildout, and it turns on facts that are expensive to establish.

Our mission

More powered land, actually built on.

The United States has a great deal of land with power already running to it, and very little of it will ever carry a data center. The megawatts are there. What stops these sites is that the questions deciding them are expensive to answer, they arrive in the wrong order, and they are usually asked too late to change anything.

We exist to close that gap. A site taken from a position on paper to a project somebody builds is capacity the country gets without a new transmission corridor, and a buyer who gets the date they committed to.

Powered land only becomes a project once the power is established against a date, the site is entitled and the questions a buyer will ask have already been answered. Most sites never get there, and the reason is usually decided early.

We come at it from the demand side. The last several years were spent across the table from the companies buying compute, which is where you learn what a site has to answer before anyone signs against it, and in what order the questions arrive.

Led by Oren Mukades.

Oren has spent seventeen years building technology businesses, the last several at the center of AI's demand side: strategy, M&A and partnerships negotiated directly with the companies driving this buildout, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere and Cursor among them.

That work put him inside the questions this firm now answers: who commits to compute and on what terms, the power and infrastructure economics underneath it, and the capital that prices it. That is a network built deal by deal, not a market read from the outside.

Neocloud Group is that network pointed at a site. Oren brings in the specialists each question demands, and stays personally on every engagement, from the first read to the handoff.
