  1. A former bitcoin mine in Barstow, Texas, built by Core Scientific, completed by Hut 8 and decommissioned as a mine in December 2025, now being converted into an AI campus on about 50 of its 136 acres.
  2. Phase one is planned around approximately 104,000 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs, with phased delivery beginning in the third quarter of 2026 on 234 MW from TNMP in ERCOT.
  3. Expansion toward about 700 MW has been requested with ERCOT, targeted by the end of 2027. Priority Power Management handles energy management and substation monitoring under the lease.
